I recommend you fly into Bakersfield (BFL) or LA Airport (LAX - 2 hours away) whatever works best for you. I would encourage you to make reservations at the Hampton Inn on Spectrum Way in the 93308 zip code.
Schedule:
The class will meet up and get to know each other in person Thursday night. Class will take place all day Friday and all day Saturday. Class will be followed by a dinner at a local restaurant to discuss topics covered that day.These are long draining days where we will have an extensive shop tour presentation and full in depth breakdown of the entire shop process.
We will go over every detail of the administrative elements involved in running a profitable, growing, and legal Hot Rod Shop. We will help you in customer selection, choosing the kind of work you want to focus on, how to advertise and promote to chase the kind of cars you want to build and are best at building.
This class will show you habits to make your shop more effective, efficient, and profitable. It will give you a chance to discuss directly with Shop owners who are in the same trenches as you and with experienced industry guys that have worked through the same struggles you have been dealing with and conquered to get where they are now.
We will have a class minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 12-14 students. It is important to register early as the month leading up to the class we have a weekly email question list for each shop that we go over as a group.
